The following, which had been held in second reading until today's             
calendar (page 1838), was again before the House:                              
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 268(FIN)                                                
"An Act making and amending appropriations; and providing for                 
an effective date."                                                            
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that CSHB 268(FIN) would be held in second                  
reading with pending amendments until the May 5, 1995, calendar.               
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House recess until 2:00 p.m.  There being no objection, the House              
recessed at 1:01 p.m.
